Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy
As we operate on a cash on delivery model, we do not issue traditional refunds. Instead, in case of a valid return:
You may receive a replacement product at no additional cost

Return Shipping
In approved return cases due to damage, defect, or error on our part, Lian Horizons will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping.
